Nicki Minaj has released the lyric video for her new single ‘Only’ which features fellow YMCB members Drake and Lil’ Wayne as well as Chris Brown.
‘Only’ is a track that sees Nicki rap furiously about her growing empire and the video reflects this. With fighter jets and other military iconography seen throughout the animated video the audience is sure to get the idea that Nicki is building one impressive army.
However, some fans have been disgruntled by the video. Many feel as though the rapper has used Nazi imagery in an offensive manner. Images of red flags that feature her initials looking suspiciously like a swastika, appear throughout and there’s a Nuremberg-esque parking lot for her tanks.
Watch the controversial lyric video below:
It is unknown whether or not the imagery is intentional but fans have been quick to criticise the disrespectful imagery.

>Minaj, who is set to host the MTV EMA awards later tonight has yet to comment on allegations. ‘Only’ marked the singer’s 55th Hot 100 entry in the U.S. earlier this week, making Minaj one of the top five female acs with the most Hot 100 entries.
