Arca covers Shakira's Hips Don't Lie

In a surprising move, Arca has covered Shakira's Hips Don't Lie. Listen to the track below.

The nipple/mountain comparison track is just one of Venezuelan producer Arca's latest twisted musical ventures. In Arca's version, the hip-shaking Colombian beauty quickly transforms from a warbling popstar to a hellish sounding phantom where the song becomes barely recognisable.

Arca recently revealed that he has produced Bjork's as-yet unannounced upcoming new album.

In an interview with The Fader, the producer announced he had been working with the avant-garde Icelandic icon on her next release. 

The producer has been building up a cult following over the last year after his work on Kanye West's Yeezus and more recently FKA Twigs' Mercury nominated debut LP1, as well as his own solo album Xen on Mute Records.
