Get ready, pop fans - V Festival are set to make a huge line-up announcement at 6pm today (Monday 2 March).

After the likes of Reading & Leeds have revealed their line-up and festival season 2015 is beginning to take shape, anticipation for V is high. Last year, they saw Justin Timberlake and The Killers headline, along with appearances from the likes of Lily Allen, Elbow, Manic Street Preachers, Ella Eyre and many, many more.
The wait is nearly over, as the first wave of acts for this August's returning festival will be announced on tonight at 5pm. Check back at Gigwise for the latest news and updates.
Currently, acts strongly rumoured to headline include Kasabian and Calvin Harris, while the names of Rihanna, Kanye West, Taylor Swift, Pharrell, The Prodigy, Bruno Mars and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are also being bandied about.
