Brian Wilson has announced that he will embark on a US tour in support of his forthcoming solo album, No Pier Pressure.
The tour is set to start in Saratoga, CA on June 18 and finish on July 12 in Seattle, WA. It will follow a special tribute being held for the Beach Boy on March 30 in Los Angeles, CA, featuring performances from the likes of Brandon Flowers, Karen Elson, Wayne Coyne and Bethany Cosentino.
During Wilson's US tour, he will be joined by fellow Beach Boys members Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin. Serving as the support act for the majority of the tour will be singer-songwriter Rodriquez, who was the subject of the 2013 documentary film 'Searching For Sugar Man'.
Brian Wilson's album, No Pier Pressure, is due to hit shelves on April 7 via Capitol Records.
