Madonna has revealed in a new interview with Complex that she has written a song that will feature on Kanye West’s eagerly anticipated new album.
West has also produced for new songs for Madonna’s latest album Rebel Heart, which will be released on Monday: “He ended up only working on four songs, and then we wrote another song together, which is going to be on his record.”
The popstar also revealed that there are plans for her to work with Drake: “We’re gonna work together. Yeah, baby, it’s in the pipeline.” Drake paid tribute to Madonna on the track named after her that featured on his latest mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
Speaking to Rolling Stone earlier in the week about Kanye, Madonna labeled him as a “brilliant madman” saying: “It’s really hard to describe Kanye in one sentence. He’s a brilliant madman. He can't help himself. Like, he doesn't have the same filters other people have. He has to blurt things out – he's always saying inappropriate stuff. But he also has brilliant ideas… I feel like the music business needs him, because everyone's become so politically correct, so safe.
