Noel Gallagher has revealed that the cold he has been battling has developed into a chest infection, but he has no intention of cancelling his forthcoming gigs.
The singer recently played a short batch of UK dates, and is now in the European leg of the tour. Following his Paris show, Gallagher posted a message on his official website revealing his run of ill-health.
He wrote, "Still got this bloody cold. It's starting to feel more like a chest infection now though. It's beginning to piss me off. Good job Nancy is coming to Milan with some antibiotics...gotta clear this shit up once and for all."

Later in the same post, but clearly written at least a day later, Gallagher said, "Nancy did arrive with the medication but she was cracking foxy and we somehow managed to get roaring drunk instead. I guess the meds can wait until tomorrow eh? I'm fucked...can't believe I now have to go and do some live Italian TV?! Keep it livid yeah?"
Gallagher will play Manchester's Summer In The City on 11 July. Tickets go on sale this Friday, 20 March. Buy tickets below.
