The Black Keys have been forced to pull more dates due to drummer Patrick Carney's injury - leading many to fear for their summer festival tour.
Back in January, the band were forced to scrap their entire European tour (with no plans to reschedule), due to shoulder injuries sustained when Carney was slammed against the ocean floor while on holiday in the Carribean.
Now, the band have pulled more shows in Asia and the Pacific, as Billboard reports that he's battling a post-surgery infection.
"We are very sorry to have to cancel our upcoming performances through April 23," say the band in a statement. "Patrick sustained a dislocated and broken shoulder in January that required surgery."
They continued: "Working with the doctors, surgeons and physiotherapists since January, we had expected Patrick to be ready to return to touring in April. The recovery process and physical therapy has taken longer than anticipated and unfortunately Patrick is still unable to perform and needs additional time to heal.
"We thank all of our fans for their ongoing support and we look forward to getting back on the road as soon as possible."
This has also put a halt on the band's plans to begin recording the follow-up to Turn Blue at the start of 2015.
It is hoped that the band will be back on form for a summer festival tour, including the Isle Of Wight Festival. Dates are as follows, see below for ticket details.
