Reclusive British producer Dean Blunt has released a stunning new interpretation of LA duo's OOFJ's new single. Listen to the remix of 'I Forgive You' below.
They say forgiveness is the sweetest revenge, but Dean Blunt's 'SOUR Mix' of OOFJ's I Forgive You is infinitely more complex than the dichotomy to which it gestures. Every bit as elusive as the man himself, Blunt's looped string sample slides from under our fingers, pirouetting in a Portishead swoon, and confronted suddenly with a cracked wall of white noise our ears ring with his echoing guitars. As the symphony resumes, stupored senses look again to Katherine Mills-Rymer's pitch-bent lullaby for comfort - but it never comes.

The LA-based electronic duo and real-life couple Jenno Bjørnkjær and Katherine Mills-Rymer, better known as OOFJ, look forward to the release of their second album, Acute Feast, out on Ring The Alarm/Fake Diamond on April 21.
