Aerosmith have announced that they will be travelling across North America his summer as part of their new Blue Army tour.
The tour is scheduled to kick off on June 13 in Glendale, Arizona, and will run through to August. This will be the first time in six years that Aerosmith will perform in Arizona. The band are said to be sticking to sets featuring career-defining hits on this run of shows.
Band member Joe Perry said of the tour’s name: “The name Blue Army came from the fact that ‘everyone’ in our audience from the ’70s were wearing blue denim and it looked like a sea of blue, thus The Blue Army.”
