If you’re signed up to Tidal, you may be receiving a telephone call from Jay J or Jack White – so says Tidal executive Vania Schlogel.
According to Business Insider, Schlogel revealed that Jay Z and Jack White have been personally calling users registered to Tidal to thank them for using the streaming service.
“He called some of his fans and one of them made the funniest comment,” she shared. “He said 'This is the best customer service call I’ve ever received!'"

All of the musicians involved in Tidal are apparently given their own accounts on the website, allowing them to see who listens to their music and to monitor how their albums are performing. Additionally, they can also view users’ contact information, allowing them to call the users directly.
Schlogel also said that that Jay Z is "very deeply involved [with Tidal], and the reason being is because this is a life project for him” and that "he works every day" on the website.
So, if you’re registered on Tidal, you might be receiving a telephone call from Jay Z, Jack White, or any of the Tidal musicians.
