Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno has revealed he plans to do some live shows with comedian Noel Fielding - in the style of Wu-Tang Clan.
The pair teamed up to make music for the second series of off-the-wall sketch show Luxury Comedy, which is set to be aired on E4 next week (31 July). They go under the name Loose Tapestries.
In an interview with NME the Kasabian guitarist said: "We've promised each other that one day we'll do the most amazing eight or nine shows in forests or something. I can imagine it being like Wu-Tang Clan but with a weird British edge."
The typically bizarre nature of Fielding's comedy offers Pizzorno a lot of creative freedom: "What's so amazing about Loose Tapestries is that it can be absolutely anything. On this new record there's an all-out pure disco tune, which I could never get away with usually. It's got the most incredible line in it that goes, 'Cocks in all directions / From flaccid to erections.' I don't think it gets better than that."

The duo managed to get The Wire actor Idris Elba to collaborate: "We've got Idris Elba rapping on a Christmas song. He was doing the Mandela film at the time and we were laughing, saying, 'Imagine doing that and then coming down and dropping a Christmas rap on a medieval psych-prog record."
Meanwhil, Luxury Comedy will also see Richard Ayoade (The IT Crowd), Steve Oram (Sightseers) and Rich Fulcher (The Mighty Boosh) as guest actors.
According to an official statement Channel 4 statement released earlier this month, the new series is set at a coffee shop on the edge of a volcano in Hawaii. One standout scene that's been revealed explores the subject of disaffected youth while being threatened by a race of ultra-cool alien cucumbers.
