Good news Portishead fans, their seminal 1994 album Dummy is getting a 20th anniversary re-release.
In an announcement on their Facebook, the band stated that the seminal album will be receiving an 180 gram pressing, with a gatehold sleeve. The first 1,000 copies will be printed on special limited edition blue vinyl, which will then revert to black for copies sold thereafter. It will also come packaged with a digital copy of Dummy for your extra listening pleasure.
As the Facebook posts mentions the vinyls will go on sale next Wednesday (13 August) and will no doubt fly off the shelves. The band have stated that they will post the link to buy the release via their Facebook.
