9 things to expect from Reading and Leeds festival 2014
Surprises, possible collaborations and no salad
A distinct lack of salad: Yesterday it was revealed that a branch of Tesco in Reading had replaced the fruit and veg in their salad section with assorted booze for the weekend. Although locals will be annoyed about no longer getting their five-a-day, expect more bottles of Jagermeister than apples on site.

Have we mentioned that Reading and Leeds starts tomorrow? Well it does, and we're super-excited.
Bringing together one of the most extensive lineups to date, this weekend will see the likes of Paramore, Queens of the Stone Age and Arctic Monkeys play alongside Flume, Disclosure, Pusha T, Of Monsters and Men, Vampire Weekend and countless others. Needless to say, they've got all the bases covered.
As with any major festival, this weekend is no doubt going to be full of surprises, for the more reserved among you though, here are 9 things to expect this weekend.
