Elsewhere on the bill for day one of the festival, which takes place in Cofton Park, Birmingham on Friday, 28 August, are Tinie Tempah, Rixton, DJ Fresh, Fuse ODG, Aston Merrygold, Shift K3y and Luke Friend.
Sheeran released his phenomenally successful second album, x, last year. It was the best-selling album of 2014 in the UK, and has sold over 2 million copies and spawned the huge singles 'Thinking Out Loud', 'Sing' and 'Don't'.
