Adam Lambert has unveiled a fresh cut 'Underground' from his forthcoming album The Original High. Listen to the new track below.
After the house-influenced 'Ghosttown', Lambert showcases a darker emotional side to the record, 'Underground' begins as a gentle piano ballad before becoming a different beast entirely as intense bass and synths ascend the track into anthemic territory. It features lines such as "I want you to take me underground" seemingly a nod to the singer's growing fame and fortune, a theme which was also channelled into predecessing single 'Ghosttown'.
The track is available via iTunes, and will start downloading instantly when you pre-order the forthcoming LP. The track is also streaming online.

The single is part of Adam Lambert's third LP The Original High due out 12 June on Warner Music, which is also set to feature Brian May of Queen. Speaking to Digital Spy, he hinted that his new LP is "definitely pop" and also mentioned that "there's some house on there" as well as "some R&B flavours".
