Run The Jewels producer EL-P has shared a new preview to their much discussed cat remix LP Meow The Jewels.
One of the strangest and most intriguing records of 2015, El-P's record sarted out as a joke, was funded quickly through a $40,000 Kickstarter project and now has Zola Jesus, Just Blaze and Portishead's Geoff Barrow working on production.
EL-P shared the purr-and-mew heavy reworking from Gorillaz and Kasabian producer Dan The Automator, who has created a new verison of the rap duo's 'Angel Duster'.

The album will consist purely of cat sounds, inlcuding samples from celebrity cat Lil Bub. Even back in January, El-P was questioning the wisdom of attempting such a task writing: “oh my god what am I doing with my life.”

Run The Jewels recently unveiled the video for 'Close Your Eyes (And Count To Fuck)' which focuses on the issue of police brutality. Watch it here.
