Telegram have revealed to Gigwise that they are the special guests performing at The Macbeth for Goo Goo Muck the Halloween party organised by From The Boneyeard (Jimi Riddle and Glenn Wild) and Cave Club (Rhys Webb of The Horrors).

Telegram have built a strong reputation as one of the finest live band's in the capital meaning this is certainly the hottest Halloween ticket in town.

Listen to Telegram's cover of Brian Eno below:

Speaking with co-promoter Rhys Webb of The Horrors he says we're to expect "the ultimate halloween party with sounds from '50s rock n roll, surf and garage, spooked up soundtracks, all the way through to Satanic rock and everything in between. Our strongest inspiration for the night is The Cramps and we want to create the impression that you're living inside a Cramps record."

While the organisers will be Djing until 4am, first up on the night are Fast Cars who feature Rhys Webb (The Horrors), Sam Davies (The Voyeurs), and Jordan Cook (Telegram). It will be the Fast Cars' third ever gig and Rhys tells us "We've only played together for four or five hours including writing the songs and rehearsals. Half the fun of this band is that it's a really fast paced group true to the spirit of punk rock."

Other bands on the night include Lucifer Sun which Rhys says "are a fantastic new band and incredibly noisy. Meanwhile WaW is the new project from Glenn Wild who gained critical acclaim with his previous band Puffer, are a force to be reckoned with.

Top of the bill are Riddles, a hard-hitting proto-metal band who will make you mosh hard on the night. They're fast gaining ones to watch status and were recently hand picked by Fat White Family to play at their last ever legendary Queens Head gig in Brixton.

For attire Jimi says "the theme is motorcycle gangs forom outer space so wear all your leather and bring some tin foil."

Full details of the event can be found here, elsewhere Telegram headline the Lexington next Saturday (7 November) with support from Riddles and Warm Brains.
