Liam and Noel Gallagher have reportedly both agreed to take part in a new Oasis documentary made by the team behind AMY.
This shouldn't be interpreted as the first step toward an Oasis reunion, but it's progress. The Guardian confirmed that both Noel and Liam have "agreed to share their favourite memories and offer their insight in interviews".
As reported yesterday, the director of the sensational Amy Winehouse documentary, Asif Kapadia, will be taking the role of an executive producer for the upcoming Oasis film that's due out next year.
The filmmakers have been given 'unprecedented access to the band and unseen archive footage' so expect a full dissection of the UK's most iconic and classic bands. There have been no details released as of yet about a trailer or what the film will actually document but Screen Daily reports that Independent Film Sales will launch the film at industry event AFM, which occurs between 4-11 November.
Listen to Oasis', appropriately named, 'Don't Look Back In Anger'
As much as this isn't a genuine Oasis reunion, The Daily Star reported back in September that the Gallagher's, Gem Archer and Andy Bell were in 'serious talks' about organising a comeback tour. These rumours were, of course, unfounded.
