Lamb Of God's frontman Randy Blythe has taken to Instagram to describe how he was jumped by a group of thugs in Dublin. The metal vocalist was exploring the city with his camera on the band’s UK tour in support of their newest album, VII: Sturm und Drang.
In the post, the vocalist explains how he was approached by a group of teenagers and then struck from behind. He lost his hat, glasses and an e-cig (we don’t feel too terrible about that one, to be honest), but luckily the attack was broken up by a cab driver before it went too far.
Lamb Of God are on tour with Megadeth in support of their seventh studio album, bringing their unique brand of metal-induced chaos to a number of spots across the UK. Hopefully, this'll be the last encounter their frontman has as they tear several stages apart across Europe.
You can check out his lengthy and passionate explanation of the incident via his Instagram below.
