Now, Placebo have since taken to Facebook to remember their fallen friend:
"THOMAS AYAD, 1983 - 2015
"We are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend Thomas who died on Friday night at the Bataclan in Paris.
"Thomas was Placebo's French Marketing Manager and has worked closely with us over the past few years.
"He was a passionate music man, who loved his 'rock'. Always welcomed us with a big smile and loved his job. He was a joy and a pleasure to work with and he will be sorely missed.
"What a tragic and senseless loss of life. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and the teams at Mercury and Universal Music Group.
"Brian & Stefan xx"
