Meanwhile, speaking to Gigwise about Stone Roses' reunion, Creation Records founder and former Oasis boss Alan McGee said, "It’s brilliant for music. I love Stone Roses, absolutely love them. I managed Happy Mondays so it gives you an idea of how much I love Stone Roses. I love the Roses and the Mondays."
He added, "I think Stone Roses coming back is going to make people remember what rock and roll was again. You never know, if Oasis do come back, even if it’s just for a tour, you’re going to get guitar music becoming really hip for a couple of years again."
