Following their incredible show at Banksy’s Dismaland, Run the Jewels have remixed a brand new track by Miike Snow. The duo have been busy of late as they’re on tour supporting their album Run the Jewels 2. Fans waiting for Run the Jewels 3 might have to wait a little while longer if they continue at this pace.
The pair have reimagined Snow’s ‘Heart is Full’ from their forthcoming new album III. While not much is known about this new offering from the Swedish indie-pop outfit, we can estimate it's release early next year. Until then you can enjoy the original version of 'Heart Is Full', and now, the Run the Jewels remix.
The band recently spoke to Fader magazine and explain how excited he was at the prospect of Run the Jewels remixing his work. They said: "When we heard that RTJ were fans and down to get on this beat I was super excited... but cautiously so. I knew this was the type of beat that they could just eat for breakfast; but I was hoping that the whole thing wouldn't come off sounding too retro."

UK fans of Run the Jewels are out of luck if they were hoping to catch the band live as they have no live shows currently scheduled. The last gig they played on these shores was the Warehouse Project on 30 October. The duo of Killer Mike and El-P have confirmed that they are working on RTJ3 so hopefully the two will be rocking a venue near you before you know it.
If you are desperate for your Run the Jewels fix you can always check out their remix of Run the Jewels 2 created entirely out of cat noises titled Meow The Jewels. Yes, what stared as a joke actually became a thin after a Kickstarter project raised the cash, which then went to charity.
