Josh Homme has spoken out to thank fans for a moving tribute video in honour of Eagles Of Death Metal, after their Zipper Down tour was struck by ISIS terrorists in Paris - killing 89 of their fans.
On Friday 13 November 2015, terrorists carried out shootings at the iconic Bataclan when the 'Save A Prayer and 'Complexity' stars were performing, murdering 89 people as part of a spate of attacks across the city.
Now, founder, drummer and Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has taken to Facebook to thank fans who made a moving tribute video to Eagles Of Death Metal - made up of a montage of heartfelt clips from around the world.
"I think I'm one of the first in our group to see this. I find it difficult to put into words how this video makes me feel," wrote Homme. "I'm proud to be among you, part of you, one of you. Thank you for this kind & generous gift. It means the world to me. I thank you with everything I have. I am humbled by you. I am in awe of you. What you have done, together? I will never forget this gift of kindness. Thank you."
"Sincerely,
"Joshua Homme"

"I can not wait to get back to Paris, I can not wait to play," said frontman Jesse Hughes. "I want to come back. I want to be the first band to play the Bataclan when it re-opens. I was there when it went silent for a minute. Our friends went there to see rock n' roll and died. I want to go back there and live."
Last week also saw the band to return to Paris, paying tribute to those who lost their lives at the scene of the killings, after joining U2 on stage for a huge collaboration.
