After the world went insane when Rage Against The Machine started teasing fans with hopes of a reunion tour, more details have emerged about what it will involve - but all is not what it seems.
This week saw the band launch a new website called 'Prophets Of Rage'. Complete with the hashtag of 'Take The Power Back', the campaign takes you to a countdown which ends on 1 June. Public Enemy's Chuck D has also been Tweeting RATM videos on social media, leading many to believe that it would be a joint tour between the two groups, but now it seems like yet another supergroup could be on the horizon.
Now, Billboard reports that frontman Zach De La Rocha will not be part of the reunion, and that the remaining members will joined by Chuck D and Cypress Hill's B Real to form Prophets Of Rage - who are set to make their live debut at Hollywood Palladium on 3 June, performing songs by all three bands.
They add that a summer tour is being 'considered'.
This follows three quarters of Rage Against The Machine previously forming the celebrated supergroup Audioslave with Chris Cornell. It should also be noted that this is not the first time that Public Enemy and RATM have joined forces - watch them performing together for a taster of what to expect below...
The 'Killing In The Name Of' political metal heroes have not played a show together since 2011- among their last run of gigs was their free gig at London's Finsbury Park to thank fans for being made Christmas No.1 and defeating X Factor in the chart battle.
Drummer Brad Wilk previously dismissed rumours of a reunion, telling fans that the band had 'played their last show'.
