BPM Festival in Mexico has been shut down during its closing night, after a shooting broke out - with reports stating five people have been killed.
The attack is said to have taken place during Elrow's closing show at the Blue Parrot venue, located in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
A tweet from the official festival Twitter account reads: "After alleged reports of shots fired this morning at Blue Parrot, all BPM parties are shut down while police investigations are underway."
Glasgow DJ Jackmaster, along with other DJs, is at the event and tweeted: "Someone has come into the club in Playa Del Carmen and opened fire. 4-5 dead and many wounded. Stay in ur fuckin hotel if you're here at BPM." later adding that it is a "very very sad situation".

Dazed spoke to an eyewitness who said: "My friends saw the shooter running across the back of the club shooting into it through a metal rail. One of my friends saw a person shot and bleeding."
Many others are tweeting their shock and disbelief over the incident.
