The 1975 have cancelled their upcoming European tour citing 'unforseen circumstances' as the reason. But fret not the dates will be rearranged and announced in the next 48 hours.
The band were due to play nine shows across Germany, France, and Spain and due to start touring at the end of January.
However, their record label Dirty Hit announced the news via Twitter and didn't give too much awat as to why but they did reassure fans in the comments section that the band are "all ok" so it looks like it's nothing too serious.
@DirtyHitRecords @the1975 THIS WAS THE ONLY THING I LOOKED FORWARD TO IN THIS YEAR I CANNOT BELIEVE

Their fanbase are distraight with @undomilk tweeting, "This was the only thing I looked forward to in this year I cannot believe."
Other fans on Twitter claim that the 1975 playing the Brit awards are the reason for the change. The fan @glaubandlick was one of many people who echoed the following: "okay wait just got an email from the venue, it says that you postponed the tour because of the BRIT AWARDS. WHAT"
We have asked their publicist to see if this is true but have yet to hear back.
The band are up for Best British Album and Best British group and it would be a surprise to not see them at least one of those categories.
Elsewhere, The 1975 have a treat for a few lucky UK fans:
