Brilliant British band Guillemots have announced two spectacular-sounding shows in London at the end of the month.
The band will perform at Village Underground on 30 and 31st March, 2012.
The show will perform a mix of old and new material alongside performance and spoken-word sections from personally selected, like-minded artists.
Joining the band on stage will be songwriter Robyn Hitchcok, cellist Oliver Coates, poets John Hegley amd Luke Wright, singer Mary Epworth and percussionist Joby Burgess.
"This is something we've wanted to do for ages", says Fyfe Dangerfield, Guillemots frontman. "Village Underground's the perfect place to do it, the room just has an aura to it as soon as you walk in. I love the idea of gigs like this where there's nothing to hide behind. It's that bit more personal and dynamic for everyone."
