Ex-Bloc Party drummer Matt Tong has released four tracks in 24 hours from his new post-punk project, L'Amour Blue.
While the newly revamped Bloc Party rearing up for a big tour and new album, their former drummer has been embracing his dark and noisy side with his latest band who have released four tracks within the last day.
According to a live listing, the band line-up consists of Ryan Schaefer, Shane Rut and EA Ireland alongside Tong. However, when asked on Twitter, the band's leader gave a slightly abridged answer.
.@julianrwilliams We're a 4 piece. Boner: bass, She-Tong: drums/guitar, Baby: dancing/backing vox/drum machine, Cobra Verde: vox/guitar

L'Amour Blue embrace trench-like claustrophia of Joy Division with double helping of jagged garage rock drive, think Iceage but less intimidating. Every track is fantastic so be sure to give them a listen below.
'New Dominance'
'Loaded'
'DM'
'The Slave'
