La Roux has hit out at Spotify for their fairly pitiful artist reimbursement, saying she got paid just £100 for this last quarter.
Last year, the singer praised the music streaming service, saying, "A service like Spotify, which I've only recently used, is kind of great. I've started to do it in a way where, if I love a record, I'll buy it on vinyl."
She added, "It's the best way to listen to music - anybody who says it isn't has got something wrong with their ears! What Spotify is great for is going, 'OK, I don't know if I'm going to like that'."
Now though, it seems she's fallen out of love with it, after realising how little money artists receive from streaming. "@Spotify thanks for the £100 for this quarter just gone," she tweeted. "One more month and I might be able to afford your premium service. Lucky me!"

Ely Jackson is far from the first artist to take issue with Spotify's poor repatriation - though earlier this year, a leaked contract between Sony and Spotify seemed to suggest that record labels are more to blame than the streaming services themselves.
La Roux released her second album, Trouble In Paradise, last year.
