TV and movie star Zooey Deschanel has made her directorial debut for She & Him's new single 'I Could've Been Your Girl' - watch it below.
The New Girl and 500 Days of Summer star, who makes up half of She & Him with folk star M Ward, debuted the video on her own website HelloGiggles.
Speaking of her first foray into directing music videos, Deschanel said: "After seven years and four albums with She & Him, I figured it was about time I took a crack at making a video for a song I wrote.
"The process was so much fun and gave me a chance to give a nod to some of my favourite ’60s musicals. I was fortunate enough to work with so many talented and incredible people, without whom this video would not have been possible!"

The track is released on 15 July and taken from the duo's third album Volume 3 - which is out now on Merge Records.
Reviewing the album, Gigwise wrote: "Regardless of era and fashion and subtly spitting in the face of irony, Volume Three is an album to be enjoyed without pretence or prejudice as a nod to pop's sweeter and simpler moments."
