The latest series of Later With Jools Holland continued last night with appearances from Franz Ferdinand, Chas & Dave, James Blake, Goldfrapp and more. See their performances below.
Kicking off the show with tracks from their critically-acclaimed fourth album, Right Thoughts Right Words Right Action were Scottish rockers Franz Ferdinand. They were joined by James Blake who performed cuts from his Mercury-nominated second LP Overgrown, and Goldfrapp who played heavenly renditions of songs from their latest foly release, Tales Of Us.
Adding to the ecclectic line-up were US jazz superstar Gregory Porter, rising teenage punk trio Radkey and legendary London rockney duo Chas & Dave, making their first-ever appearance on the show.
An extended version of the programme with extra performances will air at 11.05pm on BBC Two on Friday 4 October.
Queens of the Stone Age, Manic Street Preachers, Disclosure, John Grant, Primal Scream, Haim, The Strypes, Johnny Marr, Melt Yourself Down, Miguel, OMD and Yeah Yeah Yeahs are all confirmed for future episodes of the show.
