Iggy Azalea has spoken out about matching The Beatles' chart record - scoring the No 1 spot and No 2 spot in the Billboard Hot 100 simultaneously - saying she'd rather be compared to another legendary British band.
Azalea's smash 'Fancy' topped the US chart in May, whilst Ariana Grande's 'Problem', which Azalea has a verse on, snagged the No 2 spot. The last act to achieve this feat were The Beatles in 1964.
However, speaking to Billboard, the Australian rapper played the achievement down. "I'd rather be The Rolling Stones," she quipped.

Azalea also hit back at critics who have called her out for using an American accent when she raps. "We get so caught up, especially in rap, with what's authentic, and I wish people would think more about what the fuck that even means," she said.
"One critic was like, 'Why didn't you talk about more Australian things?' I don't understand why I'm supposed to write a song about living in the outback and riding a kangaroo to be authentic," the rapper added.
Azalea released her major label debut, The New Classic, in April 2014.
