Sky Ferreira has revealed that she's set to work with Charli XCX and that it may sound 'like TATU', which is awesome.
Certainly two of the more interesting and consistent names in pop, a collaboration between the two would be one hell of a meeting of minds - regardless of how much it would sound like Russia's favourite faux-lesbian-schoolgirl-beat-combo:
I imagine a/this song written with @charli_xcx will sound very TATU

Ferreira's Night Time My Time was one of the best albums of the last 12 months, and Charli XCX has had a pretty flawless run of singles as of late. This can't come soon enough.
Last month, Ferreira confirmed progress on her next record, posting a picture from the studio on her instagram page with the caption "album 2 has now begun".
Check out the (albeit quite blurry, nondescript) picture below:
Sky Ferreira released her debut album last October in the US, though an official UK release was delayed until March 2014.
In the wake of some justified hype since her emergence, this summer has seen the 'Everything Is Embarrassing' singer play a series of festival dates, as well as supporting Miley Cyrus on her recent US tour.
