As previously reported, Bruce Springsteen is set to make his acting debut on the next season of Netflix's Lilyhammer.
The singer will appear in the third season of the series, which stars Steven Van Zandt as a former mobster who is sent to Norway as part of a witness protection programme. Springsteen will play a mortuary owner in the series, and will be the singer's first time acting professionally.
High Hopes, Springsteen's eighteenth studio album, was released earlier this year, and reached No.1 in both the UK and the US.
