Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is now the first British female artist to earn five UK Number One Singles thanks to her new track, 'I Don't Care'.
The former Girls Aloud singer beat previous record-holders Gerri Halliwell and Rita Ora who each hold four Number One Singles.
Taking to Facebook, Cheryl wrote: "Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me!! We made history! I can't tell you how grateful and lucky I feel to all of you..."
Her previous Number Ones were for: 'Fight For This Love' (2009) 'Promise This' (2010) 'Call My Name' (2012) and 'Crazy Stupid Love' (2014). She holds four extra Number One Singles from her days with Girls Aloud and was part of the 'Everybody Hurts' cover for Helping Haiti, which also earned a Number One.
'I Don't Care' knocked Ed Sheeran's 'Thinking Out Loud' to Number Two and Meghan Trainor is now third with 'All About That Bass'.
