The Band Aid 30 campaign hits a horrifying new low

Everyone get ready for David Guetta's version

It's enough to strike fear into the hearts of men - Bob Geldof has lined up David Guetta to remix Band Aid 30.

Not content with pushing Disclosure to deny any involvement with a remix of the single, Bob Geldof has now confirmed David Guetta will remix the track. Rather hilariously, the famous charity mugger also claims this means that it will leave "the whole dance scene covered". Yes Bob, of course it will...

“I’m in France, I made contact with David Guetta, and he texted back after I asked if he was interested in the mix, and he said, ‘yes, why not’,” Geldof told Marvin Humes on the Vodafone Top 40 show. “So we’ll have the whole dance scene covered.”

If that wasn't enough, there are potentially all-girl and all-boy versions to roll out, along with an Ed Sheeran rendition. Geldof clearly wants to match the £8m the original single bagged. Everybody give him your f**king money. Then he might go away.
