Fleetwood Mac fans might want to make damn sure that they see them on their upcoming tour, as guitarist Lindsay Buckingham has suggested their next album and 2015 shows could well be their last.
The band are currently gearing up for a huge 2015 UK tour and are said to be working on new material, since reuniting the classic line-up after keyboardist Christine McVie rejoined the group.
However, speaking to US TV's PBS, Buckingham said that the end may well be in sight - but that McVie had handed him material to work on.
"She gave me a bunch of stuff to take home," said Buckingham, reports The Guardian. “I worked on it, came back, and she loved it. We went into the studio and came out with the best songs we’ve co-written in years.
"Christine really fills the gap of the polarity that might exist otherwise, and helps things breathe.”
Speaking of what the future hold, Buckingham added: "We’re going to continue working on the new album, and the solo stuff will take a back seat for a year or two. A beautiful way to wrap up this last act."
