Prince was the surprise guest at last night's Golden Globes, presenting the Best Original Song award to Common and John Legend for 'Glory'. Watch the video below.
In a night of many brilliant jokes (mostly at the expense of George Clooney and Wes Anderson) and some excellent speeches (particularly from a foul-mouthed Kevin Spacey), one moment stood out particularly for sheer star power: when Prince walked on stage to present John Legend and Common with their award for 'Glory' from the Selma soundtrack.
Footage captured everyone from Louis CK to Viola Davis (via a wolf whistling Channing Tatum) expressing their delight. Prince, naturally kept it short and sweet.

Legend and Common emerged triumphant in a particularly tough catergory beating Lana Del Rey, Lorde, Patti Smith and Sia to the award.
