Foo Fighters have finally revealed some of the long-awaited support acts for their upcoming stadium shows in Sunderland and Manchester.
It was long ago announced that Iggy Pop and Royal Blood would be supporting the Foos at their Wembley Stadium shows, with the latter also joining them in Edinburgh.
Now, the band have recently revealed that they were 'stoked' to announce that Teenage Fanclub would be joining them at their Manchester show, while longtime friends and touring buddies Kaiser Chiefs will be their special guests at Sunderland's Stadium Of Light.
The Kaisers recently supported the Foos in South Africa and South America, where Dave Grohl filmed an awesome video calling the band 'fucking amateurs' - which was later used to welcome the band on stage.
Speaking to Gigwise about their relationship with the Foos, Kaiser Chiefs guitarist Andrew 'Whitey' White replied: "Us and Dave are like 'that'! I honestly think Peanut has got his number."
When asked if they'd learned anything from playing with them, Whitey replied: "Just to put 110% into it and try to enjoy it. They do genuinely put everything into all that they do. Dave Grohl is just one of those genuine guys, he's quite infectious.
"You want to hang around and talk to him, he's one of the good people whose passion drives the music industry on a bit - and that does rub off a little bit, because we're quite dour Northerners."
