Blur have confirmed details of their brand new album The Magic Whip as well as a huge gig in London's Hyde Park. Watch the bonkers new video for 'Go Out' below.

Their first album in 12 years  the band's  will be released on 27 April. The album has been in gestation for some time - it began during a break in touring in 2013 in Kowloon Hong Kong. Now after those early demos were worked on by Graham Coxon and Stephen Street and lyrics from Damon Albarn had been added, it can finally be released.

The band took to their official Facebook page to announce the news this afternoon, writing: “Finally, we can confirm that we will be releasing an album, 'The Magic Whip' on April 27th, our first as a four-piece in 16 years!”
