Liverpool’s Psych Fest has announced Spiritualized as its first headliner, alongside a host of other names.
The festival’s main stage will be hosted by both Brooklyn label Sacred Bones Records and Chile label Bym Records, with space-psych pioneers Spritiualized set to headline the stage.
Spritualized’s headline performance comes ahead of the release of their eighth studio album, on which the Killing Joke bassist Martin 'Youth' Glover is set to appear, and which is scheduled for later this year.

Other acts set to appear include Death And Vanilla, Evil Blizzard, Giant Swan, Menace Beach, Vision Fortune and more.
The festival, whack takes place over 25 and 26 September, was named Best Small Festival at the 2015 NME Awards last week. See the full line-up poster below.
