Wu Tang Clan, Basement Jaxx and The Charlatans have just been confirmed as the three huge headliners for this year's Tramlines festival.
Alongside these three legendary names, another 30 acts have also been announced, including the famed Sugarhill Gang, The Streets' frontman Mike Skinner, critically acclaimed DJ Erol Alkan, and up and coming lyricist of the moment Kate Tempest - as well as Billy Bragg, Martha Reeves, Buzzcocks, Aquilo, Honeyblood, Jagaara, Melle Mel & Scorpio and many more.
Tramlines is an inner-city festival which takes place over the weekend of the 24 - 26 July in Sheffield, across four outdoor stages and 15 different venues, including the O2 Academy, The Night Kitchen, Foundry and Fusion.
This year the festival seems to be keeping to it's eclectic music range ethos; with a host of artists transcending genres from 90s rap to electronic dance music, to indie rock and old school funk. Tramlines is shaping up to be a festival unparalelled in its value for money.
