The likes of Madonna, Mick Jagger and President Obama have paid tribute after the death of Prince at the age of 57.
As previously reported, Prince was found dead at his Paisley Park home in Minnesota yesterday morning (21 April), having been hospitalised just days before from a reported drug overdose.

Since news of his death emerged, high profile figures such as The Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger, Madonna, The Beach Boys’ Brian Wilson and Barack Obama have taken to Twitter to pay tribute.

Frank Ocean, meanwhile, posted a heartfelt tribute to the musical icon on his Tumblr, saying, “He made me feel more comfortable with how I identify sexually simply by his display of freedom from and irreverence for obviously archaic ideas like gender conformity.”
