KISS have revealed the initial lineup for their annual KISS Kruise event, and it features Steel Panther, Lita Ford and Fozzy.
The KISS Kruise V will embark on October 30, leaving from Miami, FL and traveling to Jamaica, and will return on November 3. In addition to catching KISS performing live on the Norwegian Pearl ship, the growing lineup will feature the likes of Steel Panther, Lita Ford and Fozzy.
KISS will be playing Alive! in its entirety during an indoor show on the cruise. The 1975 LP was both the band’s first live album and their first gold album, and this will mark the 40th anniversary since its release, commemorating the band’s “golden age”.
The statement on the event’s website states: “We’re going back to the golden age when KISS rose to prominence, taking the world by storm. What better way to celebrate the rise of these rock legends than to watch KISS perform the very live album that launched them into greatness 40 years ago? Get ready to rock out to KISS playing their first gold album “Alive!” in its entirety. You read it right. KISS is playing 'Alive!' from front to back during The KISS Kruise V indoor show... while dressed as they were in 1975!”
