Glastonbury has officially confirmed the booking of three acts for 2014 - but unfortunately, they had all been previously announced, albeit unofficially.
Lily Allen, Disclosure and Blondie have all been confirmed to perform at Worthy Farm this summer, but all were previously known to be performing. Lily Allen told Nick Grimshaw during an interview on Radio 1 that she was booked, while festival boss Emily Eavis recently let slip plans for Disclosure to play. Blondie frontwoman Debbie Harry confirmed her appearance on the red carpet at the recent NME Awards.
"We're sitting with Disclosure and we can say that they'll be back, which is brilliant for us because they had an amazing year last year and they are one of the greatest British acts at the moment," Emily told NME recently. "So that's exciting too, so you can see them in a big slot. Somewhere."
A number of other bands and artists have also self-confirmed for Glastonbury 2014, including Warpaint and Suzanne Vega - both of whom have let their bookings slip during interviews.
