With such an abundance of specialist genre festivals around at the moment, Beacons Festival is one that decidedly refuses to be pigeon-holed. The only thing that links all the acts on this year's line-up is that they're all (bar one or two, let's not get too carried away) pretty brilliant.
The line-up for this year's edition of the Yorkshire Dales festival includes Cate Le Bon, Jon Hopkins, Years & Years, and many more. It's fast approaching (kicking off on Thursday 7 August and running till Sunday 10 August), so if you're planning on going, here's an essential artist hit list for you.
Make sure you don't miss them.
