Tricky has unveiled a new track featuring Mykki Blanco and Franceska Belmonte, set to appear on the trip-hop icon’s forthcoming album. Listen to 'Lonnie Listen' below.
With anticipation for the record, titled Adrian Thaws steadily rising before its release next month, the dark, ominous collaboration is the first to surface from the album.
Seeing both artists thrive over late-night visceral electronic foundations, ‘Lonnie Listen’ plays to both Blanco and Tricky’s strengths, the pair feeding off each other's energy effortlessly on their respective verses.

Adrian Thaws follows Tricky’s 2013 album False Idols and will be released on 8 September.
In a recent interview with Gigwise, Massive Attack’s Robert Del Naja revealed he had worked with Tricky on new material, though that has yet to surface from the group, who are currently touring the world.
