“‘You Know My Name’ is the first theme song since 1983's Octopussy to use a different title than the film.  It is only the fourth Bond theme (after the opening medley of Dr. No, the instrumental theme from On Her Majesty's Secret Service and "All Time High" from Octopussy) to make no reference to the title of the film”, Wikipedia tells us.  This is probably because anyone involved in the film, be it director, Daniel Craig or any female cast members with names alluding to their genitalia would be rather ashamed to have anything to do with this hideous aural assualt.  Ok, Chris Cornell was in Soundgarden and Audioslave, therefore subtlety shouldn’t be expected.  ‘You know my Name’ is as big, macho, gravelly and frankly unneccessary its vocalist’s biceps.  “Arm yourself because no-one else here will save you”, he cries.  Never mind, eh?  At least we won’t have to hear this sort of beefy, meandering guitar crunching testosterone-fuelled tosh again.  Bring back Shirley Bassey!
