The biggest rock radio station in Brazil, 89FM, decided to pay their respects to the rock legend in order to show him that even though his memory may be fading, the memories he gave to others in the form of his music never will.
Last month (April) the station took a number of AC/DC songs and Malcolm's riffs to real people suffering from degenerative conditions like Young and filmed their reactions. The result is an emotional film that they hope will be seen by Malco,m Young himself. Viewers and listeners have been encouraged to share the video with the hashtag '#unforgettableriffs' as a message of hope and courage.
Check out the touching video below.

Young's family confirmed that he is suffering from dementia and has been moved into full-time care in Sydney last year.
They released a statement to People magazine which read: "Malcolm is suffering from dementia and the family thanks you for respecting their privacy."
Malcolm founded AC/DC along with his brother in 1973, and was a permanent fixture of the rock band for over 40 years.
AC/DC's new album Rock or Bust, their first in six years and first without Malcolm Young, was released last December.
