King Of Leon are going about creating some hype for the release of their new album Walls the old fashioned way: putting on a ridiculously small show for a ridiculously big band.
The venue near Regents Park in North London is going to be teeming with fans battling it out to be one of around 600 people to see the stadium band, who are doing a UK tour in 2017, in the sort of venue where they'd have played before getting a record deal. The atmosphere will be second to none.
To be in with a chance of going tickets will be available for £20 at the venue box office from 1pm today. Tickets are restricted to one per person and strictly non transferable. Watch the band's social media channels today to be in with a chance of winning tickets. Doors will open at 7pm, the band will be on stage at 8pm.
Good luck!
Meanwhile, Kings Of Leon have been receiving high praise for Walls with many positing that it's one of their best albums so far.
The band are also rumoured to headline Glastonbury 2017. Nathan Followhill told the BBC "We love Glastonbury. I think that was the first festival we ever played in Europe. Do they still do it where it's on one year, off one year to let the grass grow?"
When told that 2018 would be a fallow year where Glasto takes a summer off, he replied: "OK, then we'll have to get on it in 2017. I'll have to text Mr Eavis."
